Whether your child is entering preschool or preparing for adulthood, our programs give them the tools, mentorship, and hands-on experience they need to take their next step forward.

1. Choose the Right Program for Your Child

Mini UP™ Program

• Who It’s For: Children in PreK through 4th grade (Ages 3–9).

• Program Schedule: Choice of Tuesday or Thursday evenings (Pickup by 6:30 PM).

• What They Do: Mini UP™ builds early character values—teaching kids to be Respectful, Responsible, Reliable, and Ready. Kids complete age-appropriate tasks, earn rewards for following instructions, share a warm family-style meal, and build confidence alongside caring adult mentors.

UP™ Program

• Who It’s For: Youth in 5th grade and up (Ages 10–18).

• Program Schedule: Wednesday Huddle group mentoring + weekly work crew rotations (Pickup by 6:00 PM).

• What They Do: At UP™, kids don’t just receive support—they earn it! Youth work in community-focused jobs, earn points for effort and attendance, participate in life-skills classes, and build real-world workforce readiness.
